About Me

image60

My focus is on commercial real estate consulting in the Santa Fe area. My consulting and brokerage experience dates from the mid-1970’s and my entire practice has been devoted to commercial real estate. In Chicago I was involved in hundreds of commercial transactions representing buyers, sellers, lessees and lessors with and for both local and national entities. I also provided consulting services to a wide variety of clients with divergent requirements. Both in the greater Chicago area and Santa Fe, to which I relocated in 2004, my practice has included planning and sales which, if appropriate, called for extensive contact with local government. Clients have used my consulting expertise in matters as diverse as retail leasing to leasehold acquisition.

Since 1995 I have been both a member and officer of Lambda Alpha International, the honorary land economics society with over 2000 members in the U.S., Canada, Europe and Asia. I am the founder of New Mexico’s statewide ZIA Chapter. Local civic activities include SCORE (chair for two years) which is a resource partner of the SBA and provides business mentoring and education and the Housing Trust, a non-profit developer or affordable housing. In 2015 I was appointed to the Long-Range Planning Subcommittee of Santa Fe’s Planning Commission. In addition to my real estate experience I was a founder and director of a national bank in Chicago for over 30 years.
